Brain trauma cases often involve devastating injuries which can have a profound and lifelong effect on the injured person and their family. Much of the claim will be devoted to securing a financial care and support package to meet the client’s future needs.

Other head injuries can be more subtle, where the damage to the brain is difficult to diagnose but is manifested in changes in behaviour and mood, and the ability to process, understand, and memorise information. In these cases we need to investigate the medical and other evidence very carefully and will usually rely heavily on the help and testimony of family and friends.
