She has enjoyed success in two recent substantial stress at work claims, has recovered one of the highest awards for negligent cosmetic surgery for one of our clients and is involved on a daily basis in claiming compensation for clients who have had road or industrial accidents.
She is also conducting something of a crusade to try and extend the law to enable relatives of victims in fatal accidents to be able to recover compensation for their psychiatric injury – an area of law which is a legal minefield.
Wendy has been a member of the Law Society's specialist Personal Injury Panel since 1994 and is accredited as a senior litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
When not at work Wendy spends most of her time catering to the many needs of her two teenage sons and enjoys the odd game of tennis.
